Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA - Xenetech Global, LLC., the United States based manufacturer of laser and computerized engraving and cutting systems, announced today that the company has established distribution operations in Europe. Xenetech Europe, GmbH has been formed in Germany and Xenetech UK. Ltd. was registered in the United Kingdom.

Xenetech Europe is contracting with independent distributors in countries throughout Europe to represent the company and its broad product line of laser and rotary engraving systems. Beginning immediately, Xenetech Europe and Xenetech UK will provide comprehensive sales, support, and technical service to customers in Europe.

Managing Directors of the new companies include Matthias Kluczinski for Xenetech Europe and James Dowling for Xenetech UK. "Making Xenetech systems available to companies in Europe through a qualified distribution network has been a major objective of ours for some time," stated Xenetech President Guy Barone. "We have found the best partners to carry forward the Xenetech culture of excellent support and service. We believe our engraving and cutting systems, combined with the human resources of Xenetech Europe and Xenetech UK will help European customers significantly increase productivity and profitability," continued Barone.

"We are very pleased to become a part of Xenetech's world-wide family of distributors through Xenetech Europe," stated company principal Matthias Kluczinski. "Xenetech has a world-wide customer base of thousands of satisfied users, but we believe there is an underserved market in Europe for engraving and cutting systems. "In the United Kingdom we have formed a company comprised of experienced engraving industry staff," stated Xenetech UK director James Dowling. "We are well positioned to immediately support existing Xenetech system owners in the United Kingdom as well as offer a number of productivity enhancing options to those not currently Xenetech owners, seeking greater performance and profitability."

Xenetech began in 1986 when founder and software developer Jay Hoffpauir formed the company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA. Hoffpauir previously developed a number of software enhancements including multiple plate, multiple plate cut out, and long plate for the first computerized engraving system, the Dahlgren System I. Encouraged by customers, Hoffpauir developed the Xenetech XOTie engraving system and established a company which has created a number of innovative, industry firsts over the past two decades. Included in these firsts are: graphics based application software for engraving, automatic material surface sensing capability, engraving application software specifically for lasers, hatch fill capability of True-Type fonts for engraving, manufacturing of both lasers and rotary systems in the same company, motion systems that achieve industry leading engraving speeds for both rotary and laser engravers, and a color touch screen pendant system control complete with job preview. Today, the company continues its development, production, distribution and support of a full line of computerized rotary engraving systems, laser engraving systems, and professional engraving software and software drivers for the recognition, sign, rubber stamp, jewelry, gift, and industrial marking industries.
